All designs, drawings, 3D renderings, plans, and other creative works produced by Urbanways remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use these materials for the specific project only.

4.2 Portfolio Use

We reserve the right to photograph completed projects and use images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

5. Project Timelines

We commit to completing projects within the agreed timelines, subject to:

• Timely client approvals and decisions
• Material availability
• Site accessibility
• Weather conditions (for construction projects)
• Force majeure events

Delays caused by factors outside our control may result in timeline extensions.

6. Changes and Modifications

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be requested in writing. Such changes may result in:

We will provide written estimates for any change requests before implementation.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

7.1 Workmanship Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty on workmanship for construction and installation services, subject to:

Design services are provided with professional care and expertise. We do not guarantee approval from regulatory authorities, as this depends on multiple external factors.

• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control

You may cancel services by providing written notice. In such cases:

• Payment for work completed up to the cancellation date is due
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Materials purchased for your project will be charged

9.2 By Urbanways

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Payments are not made according to schedule
• Client fails to provide necessary approvals or access
• Client behavior is abusive or unprofessional
• Project requirements become illegal or unethical

10. Confidentiality

• To contractors and suppliers necessary for project execution
